Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
